Vascular Technologist I
PRN - Rotating Shifts at our Downtown and Midtown Campuses

We are looking for a talented Vascular Technologist I to join our
team here at the University of Maryland Medical Center.
Under general supervision, performs a variety of routine and
specialized noninvasive vascular blood flow tests. Obtaining a
basic vascular history, documenting appropriate clinical indication
for the test and providing the patient with an explanation of the
study to be performed.

What You Need to Be Successful:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required. Graduation
from a CAAHEP approved program in diagnostic ultrasound technology,
vascular concentration preferred.
- Certification as a Registered Vascular Technologist, or
Registered Vascular Specialist.
- One year work experience performing vascular ultrasound testing
preferred. Additional technical experience in a hospital setting
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) is
