Job Description:

Job Responsibilities: Maintains employee files and records in electronic and paper form. Conducts or assists with new hire onboarding process. Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data. Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management. Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately. Assists in managing insurance enrollments and employee eligibility as well as informing employees of their benefit options and plans. Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars. Assists department in carrying out various administrative duties and human resources functions as needed. Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records. Required skills or qualifications: Associate's degree in related field. Bilingual (Spanish) capabilities. At least 2 years of experience in HR.
