Position: Adolescent Outpatient TherapistLocation: Towson, Maryland Teen & Young Adult Outpatient Treatment CenterResponsibilities:Oversee treatment and care of adolescents seeking mental health treatment for mood disordersRunning 3-hour clinical groups 3 times a week, and providing individual therapy for clients in programmingOverseeing treatment plans and progress for designated case loadSchedule: Full Time Monday to Friday 3 Evenings Per Week - No WeekendsCompensation: $64,000-83,000 Annual Salary + $3,000 Sign on BonusMedical, Dental, Vision Short/Long Term Disability and Life Insurance401k Program with up to a 5% Match4 weeks paid days off per calendar year (combination of PTO and Paid Floating Holidays)A robust EAP that includes counseling, legal consultations, financial planning, and wellness coachingContinued Education and CEU supportClinical Supervision at NO cost to youA collaborative and supportive community of therapists and team membersSmall case loads for a focus on individualized support for clientsA company culture that prioritizes diversity, inclusion and equity for clients and staffPersonal and Professional growth opportunitiesOur program is specifically designed for teens struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our whole person treatment program helps teens learn healthy coping skills and resiliency. We are looking for a licensed clinician to provide individual sessions, run therapeutic groups, and provide family therapy for the clients in the program.Training & Experience:Clinical Licensure is required (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) / Provisional Licenses will also be consideredPrevious experience with substance abuse treatment is required; preferred experience with a treatment facility in the detox, or residential setting.Clinical Skills & Abilities -Motivational InterviewingCognitive Behavioral TherapyDialectical Behavior TherapyStrong Documentation SkillsSandstone Care is a treatment program specializing in working with adolescents and young adults struggling with mental health disorders.
