The Business Development Representative (BDR) at Tricerat leads all outbound demand generation efforts. BDRs must be comfortable reaching out to and qualifying prospects in a fast-paced environment to help build net new pipeline for the sales organization. The role provides both initial and ongoing training, and defines a clear promotion path for sales professionals looking to advance their career.What Will You Do? - Execute on an outbound demand generation strategy for target accounts within a designated territory.- Conduct high-volume interactions through multiple communication channels (calls, emails, etc.)- Uncover potential opportunities by having conversations and setting meetings with prospects.- Partner with the account executive team and collaborate on how to best generate sales opportunities.- Track and forecast all outbound activities via HubSpot CRM platform (SalesHub).- Work closely with Sales and RevOps leadership to help discover new areas of opportunity.- Maintain current working knowledge of Tricerat's core value proposition.- Represent the Tricerat brand with integrity in all internal and external communications.Compensation Range The compensation range for this role is $40,000 - $50,000 and includes a base salary and a variable commission bonus structure.Competitive Benefits In addition to the Paid Parental Leave, and Paid Volunteer Time mentioned above, Tricerat also offers:Paid Time Off 13 Paid Holidays2 Floating Holidays5+ days of Vacation2 Personal Days5 Sick Days Benefits Medical Dental Vision HSA Life and Disability EAP Telemedicine401k Employer MatchVoluntary Supplemental Insurance Supplemental disability - employee only.
