As a Client Relationship Specialist 2, you will work directly with
account managers to manage and administer complex and non-routine
account portfolios. You will also provide technical guidance to
less experienced Account Representatives, and delegate team
assignments.
Some of your key responsibilities may include:
Ensuring account management is compliant according to policies,
procedures and regulations
Generating complex spreadsheets and research account data on
records' systems
Providing guidance to junior Account Associates and leading team
initiatives
What will you bring to the role?
Gaining and maintaining trust of the client is something that will
be vital for both internal and external relationships, as the
person in this role is intended to be able to explain complex
account information and becoming viewed as a trusted advisor. To be
successful in this role, it will be necessary to have strong
leadership, communication and customer service skills; you will
also need to be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment while
serving as a point of contact and guidance for junior level
associates.
You will also be responsible for meeting critical deadlines on
complex accounts, as well as, possessing the ability collaborate
with various stakeholders to achieve and maintain client
success.
Other key skills required for the role include:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in one or a combination of the
following: operations, customer interaction, production or general
office environment demonstrated through work or military
experience
Previous experience working in Trust, legal, corporate finance or
other applicable financial service industries
Ability to interpret and comprehend complex legal documents
Superior written and verbal communication skills that can be shared
with all levels of professionals, executives and co-workers
Serving as a mentor for junior relationship specialists

Compensation. $20-24 per hour.
