  • Utilizing Quick Books accounting / AP software, enter both third party suppliers and intercompany supplier invoices.
  • Reconcile supplier accounts using statements and sort discrepancies as they arise.
  • Process both PO and invoice using 2-way / 3-way match.
  • Work closely with accounting staff for proper coding of invoices.
  • Review invoices for proper documentation prior to payment.
  • Attach invoice images as back-up to invoice entry in system.
  • Assist in maintaining supplier data base including filing of invoices.
  • Other accounting duties as assigned.Requirements:
    • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
    • Reliable time management while considering task priorities.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Willing to learn and contribute toward other accounting needs.
    • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • 2+ years of related experience preferred.
