    SHIFTS:
    
    
    • Full-time and Part-time shifts available
    • Shift times fall between 10am-8pm
    • No late hours! Food operations end by 7:00pm
      WHAT YOU WILL DO:
      
      
      • Observe food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
      • Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency
      • Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all Merritt F&B standards
      • Help restock all stations and keep them clean and organized
      • Stand and/or walk for an entire shift - This role is constantly in motion with always something to be doing
        JOB REQUIREMENTS:
        
        
        • At least 1 year of professional cooking experience, preferred
        • Minimum 18 years of age
        • High School Diploma or GED
        • Experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
        • Ability to lift 40 lbs. without struggle
        • Permanent US work authorization
        • Willingness to undergo criminal background check
