ServiceNow Administrator - Ft Meade ( TS/SCI FSP, MD Poly only)

*NO SERVICE NOW EXPERIENCE NECESSARY, WILL PROVIDE TRAINING*

We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to join our team. You will be part of our Solutions team and will have a critical role in developing solutions for our Department of Defense (DoD) customers in the Intelligence Community (IC) sector. You will work with existing development team from concept to delivery. If you have Help Desk or IT Support experience and want to advance your career, this is the right job for you! We provide extensive ServiceNow training and mentorship to ensure your success.

Primary Duties:

• 
  
• Work in a team environment to configure ServiceNow solutions.
  
• Interact with ServiceNow users.
  
• Participate in testing and review process.
  
• Translate requirements into solution features.
  
• Assist with Data and Process improvement activities.
  
  Knowledge and Skills:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Help desk experience is a plus.
    
  • Working knowledge of Windows and Linux.
    
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting skills.
    
  • Knowledge of Network and Servers.
    
  • Experience or exposure with ServiceNow is a plus!
    
  • Proficient in Oral Presentation and Written Communication skills.
    
  • Ability to interact effectively with Peers, Project Leads, and Stakeholders.
    
  • Attention to detail, effective Problem-Solving skills, and self-motivation expected.
    
  • Exposure to ITIL process is a strong plus.
    
    Certification, Education, and Experience:
    
    -At least 1 - 5 years of experience in IT discipline
    -(TS/SCI FSP, MD Poly only)
