  What you will be doing?
  
  • 
    
  • 
    Operates assigned stamping press.
    
    
  • 
    Completes all paperwork associated with each assigned automated assembly machine, i.e., work order traveler, lot/reel labels, box content form, machine maintenance schedule, etc.
    
    
  • 
    Perform all visual inspection for slugmarks, malformed and/or damaged parts, etc.
    
    
  • 
    Responsible for checking camber, twist, and hard gage checks, insertion force and withdrawal force and recording results as indicated on the QIP Inspection Data Sheet.
    
    
  • 
    Maintain appropriate supplies at each assigned machine necessary to complete work order timely.
    
    
  • 
    Change reels or boxes at completion of a lot, verify reel / lot count and apply appropriate identification labels.
    
    
  • 
    Empty slug pans at assigned presses at the end of each shift, at a minimum. Empty slug pans upon completion of work order.
    
    
  • 
    Move finished products to designated area in warehouse.
    
    
  • 
    Follow safe work practices and keep work area clean and organized.
    
    
  • 
    Add designated stamping lubricant to reservoirs as needed
    
    
  • 
    Empty waste oil into designated containers as needed.
    
    
  • 
    Manage time effectively to maximize production.
    
    
  • 
    Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor or production manager..
    
    
  •
