Job Description:
The University of Maryland School of Medicine's Department of
Medicine's Infectious Diseases Division and the Institute of Human
Virology's Division of Clinical Care is seeking a full-time
clinician educator. Responsibilities will include providing
comprehensive clinical care in both the inpatient and outpatient
settings to patients with infectious diseases, as well as
participation in educational activities directed at fellows, house
staff and students. Opportunity for additional involvement within
the division's inpatient infectious disease teaching services and
antimicrobial stewardship programs are also available, if
interested. Expected faculty rank for this position is Assistant
Professor or higher, however, final rank, tenure status and salary
will be commensurate with the selected candidate's qualifications
