*The Systems Engineer role is responsible for assisting with the implementation, support, and maintenance of all corporate compute and storage solutions, virtualized server and desktop environments, and local area network management. This includes effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of hardware and associated solutions at all corporate data centers, back office locations, and branch locations. The Systems Engineer will also be responsible for resolution of trouble tickets received at the system engineering support queue levels.

*This position requires a bachelor's degree from a four year college/university, or five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Active Directory. This includes extensive knowledge of Windows server and client operating systems as well as supported hardware requirements.
This position also requires a working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 product suite and deployment scenarios as well as support experience with Citrix-based virtual desktop solutions, VMWare virtualization platforms, Veeam and Zerto replication and backup toolsets, Microsoft Exchange, and SAN solutions.
