A company is looking for a Fraud Ops Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers
Identify fraud patterns and communicate observations to Manager
Make outbound calls to verify account activity with the member
Required Qualifications:
2-3 years working with customers over the phone in fraud
servicing
Proficient in MS Office Applications
Ability to work 7:30-4:00 PM MT
