Here's the nuts and bolts of the Licensed Counselor position:The Counselor's role is to provide psychotherapy counseling services including assessments, individual/family/group counseling, treatment planning, coordination of care, and discharge/transition. These services are delivered in accordance with licensing board requirements and all relevant laws and regulations.We offer excellent administrative support so you can focus on the care you deliver to your clients.The Counselor demonstrates a willingness to learn and actively collaborates with the team and leadership to develop new skills, improve treatment approaches, address issues, and solve problems.The Counselor is responsible for upholding and supporting the core values of HopeWay Group LLC, which include compassion, integrity, and expertise in all communication, relationships, and interactions.
