by credit unions. We serve credit unions by supporting their
operations and delivering world class service. We support the
credit union members with their loans, deposits and other financial
needs to achieve their goals.At S3, we are about people helping
people and our Card Operations Representatives play a key role in
assisting our members with disputed ATM or Debit card transactions.

Eligible for hybrid schedule upon reaching 90 days of service. In
office rotation of one week in office, four weeks remote.TOP JOB
RESPONSIBILITIES:Performs ATM and debit card functions, including
disputes, charge backs and charge offs.Must maintain and secure
confidential member information.Completes dispute research and
accounting reconciliation adjustments.Works in collaboration and
partnership with other team members, departments, and Credit Unions
specifically.Communicates with CU members to collect information
and resolve disputes.Other responsibilities and
opportunities:Completes tasks utilizing various systems and
methods, including electronic and paper.Assist with dispute letter
review and management.Occasionally is a dispute based on escalated
situations.Additional job-related projects and duties as assigned
by management.QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:1 year experience in a
financial environment required with a strong knowledge of card
products and services, Reg E and Reg Z.Proficient in Microsoft
Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Proven experience with prioritizing
workload based on mandatory requirements and member service level
agreements.Detail oriented and possess above average organizational
skills.Strong communication skills both verbal and written.Strong
analytical skills required with a high degree of accuracy.Ability
to multi-task to assist in other areas of the business
