Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Officer for a Youth Exchange
Program.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage grants and ensure compliance with grant guidelines
Supervise and manage international contractors and facilitators
Design and implement program activities, including alumni
programming and budget oversight
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience or Master's
degree in international field
At least 3 years of program management experience in international
exchange or online learning
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Experience in online learning, social networks, and communication
platforms
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage ambiguity
