Job Description:

Seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee clinical operations for the High Intensity Care Unit at Levindale, a fast-paced acute care hospital with a team approach to patient care.




**Levindale Hospital**

* Full-time position with day shift hours from 8:00am-4:30pm
* Opportunity to work in a dynamic and exciting environment with a team of outgoing and positive staff members
* Strong organizational and learning skills required to assess patient status, implement clinical nursing interventions, and develop patient care plans

**Responsibilities:**

* Ensure safe and age-appropriate patient care during unit operation hours
* Function as a role model, advisor, resource, and leader for other members of the patient care team
* Deliver highly reliable care while adhering to National Patient Safety Goals
* Collaborate with staff to enhance and improve patient outcomes

**Requirements:**

* Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in a related field
* Working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field
* Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or related field
* Basic computer skills and medical equipment knowledge
