our mission! We have an opening for an experienced Staff Systems
Engineer to lead the Assembly Integration and Test (AI&T)
effort for a production Space RADAR Payload program. This position
is on-site in a program SCIF in Linthicum and Baltimore (BWI),
Maryland. Basic Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI clearance is required to be considered.
- Bachelors in STEM with 14 years of relevant experience; or
Masters in STEM with 12 years.
- RADAR Integration and Test experience.
- People Leadership including planning, scheduling, and
execution, staffing, setting expectations, tasking, and measuring
and reporting progress.
- Ability for some limited travel (less than 10% time) may be
required to support payload delivery and AI&T efforts at the
Space Vehicle Integrator's site and the launch sites.Preferred
Skills:
- Space systems experience
- Space Payload Integration and Test Experience
- Electronically Scanned Array (ESA) Antenna experience
- Cost Account Management experienceSalary Range: $157,500 -
$236,300The above salary range represents a general guideline;
however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when
determining base salary offers such as the scope and
responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience,
education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be
eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual
bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as
allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice
President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term
Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of
benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability
insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off
(PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period
