The hygienist we hire will provide a high level of patient care and satisfaction, while operating in a team based environment. At our state-of-the-art facility, we're currently utilizing Itero Scanners, laser therapy and we'll be adding Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) and Overjet AI in the near future. The hygienist we hire must have an active hygiene license in the state of MD. New Hygiene grads must be applying for license soon.*Responsibilities:** Perform routine dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance* Conduct oral health assessments and take dental X-rays* Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care* Assist dentists with exams and treatments as needed* Maintain accurate patient records, medical history and ensure compliance with industry regulations* Follow sterilization and infection control protocols*Qualifications:** Associate or bachelor's degree in dental Hygiene from an accredited program* Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort*Legal Disclaimer: *_We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
