The Project Concierge / Project Coordinator is responsible for delivering a superior customer experience throughout the solar project lifecycle-from project initiation to completion. This role ensures timely, professional, and courteous communication with both customers and internal departments, while managing project milestones and documentation with precision.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers, sales representatives, and internal teams.
Monitor active solar projects to ensure accuracy of information, adherence to timelines, and seamless progression through each stage.
Communicate proactively with customers, keeping them informed of project status and addressing any questions or concerns.
Coordinate and collect necessary documentation from customers and sales teams to support project requirements and permitting.
Prioritize and manage daily tasks effectively using strong organizational and time-management skills.
Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot delays or issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications & Experience:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable using multiple channels including phone, email, and text messaging.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve customer concerns while achieving positive outcomes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe PDF tools, and document management platforms.
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com is highly preferred.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.
Prior experience in customer service, project coordination, or the solar industry is a plus.
