We are looking for a detail-oriented, outgoing individual who can help us coordinate a wide variety of hiring events for our experienced professional hiring team. These events may include virtual career fairs, in person hiring events, focused invitational events or other creative hiring solutions. You will partner with key internal stakeholders to determine cost estimates and help manage the overall program budget. You will also partner closely with our internal marketing and branding team to ensure we are putting our best forward in all aspects of our events. You will manage ongoing relationships with our existing vendors and help us establish new relationships to meet our growing hiring needs. You can help manage these events by coordinating registration & online enrollment, meeting room and audio/visual equipment requirements, and advertising (internal and external). You will also assist in the development of internal and external event promotional and preparation materials as needed. You may also attend the events, as appropriate, and help resolve any issues that may arise. To help us maintain a strategic focus on these events, you will also assist in maintaining and updating our overall yearly event calendar. This will include researching new and existing events that may benefit our hiring needs. Basic Qualifications: - Excellent planning, organizational and project management skills. - Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail. - Comfort interacting with leadership at all levels of the organization. - Ability to manage concurrent projects and prioritize tasks; manage projects with multiple stakeholders. - Must possess strong analytical skills and be able to work under tight time constraints. - Strong communication skills, both oral and written are required. - Must be able to work independently, with an ability to interact and build consensus among people. - Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Desired Skills: - Working knowledge of LM and the staffing process. - Ability and willingness to travel 25-50%. - Experience planning large scale and/or virtual events.
