Summary : Ability to produce a high quality retread by performing specific retreading tasks, as assigned.The person who takes the job must be quality and safety oriented.Essential Duties and Responsibilities : include the following. Other duties may be assigned. High quality workmanship, keep supervisor informed of production problems as they occur.General maintenance of specifically assigned equipment and area, in a safe, clean and workable manner. Training of personnel in specific area as assigned by supervisor.Skills to be improved and developed as required. Must be team oriented and goal oriented.Must have some mechanical ability and able to work with hand tools.
