Job DescriptionAligned to core business goals, the Senior Data Analyst is tasked with identifying and analyzing strategic data-related issues and needs. This includes assessing the need, understanding the existing or needed datasets, and partnering with stakeholders to design, test and implement solutions to address those needs. This position requires a willingness to proactively learn and lead projects forward to support transformational business improvement. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: * Support project stakeholders in reviewing and developing Cost Benefit Analysis and Business Case submissions, as well as Performance Measurement KPIs and reports * Create new frameworks to collect data including automated data collection * Assess large datasets to determine the relevant data needed * Query and report on corporate and financial datasets in corporate data warehouse (GreenPlum) * Partner with Data Warehouse team to manage relevant datasets in corporate data warehouse (GreenPlum) * Create reports and presentations for various audiences * In partnership with the transformation team, works to continuously identify and provide the data needed to support future transformational opportunities and benefits. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree * 6 years or more experience in data analytics or systems analyst role, supporting transformational business improvement * Experience with reporting and analytics (GreenPlum experience preferred) * Working knowledge of statistics * Experience with machine learning & AI (preferred) * Experience in Atlassian's product suite preferred (JIRA and Confluence) * Ability to lead and influence stakeholders and leadership * Proficiency using Visio, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint * Strong presentation and communication skills * Excellent interpersonal skills focused on building strong relationships * Financial services experience (preferred) Note: Employment-based non-immigrant visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered for this specific job opportunity.
