Job Description:

We have an outstanding remote career opportunity for a Program Analyst to join a leading federal agency.

This position aligns with a GS-12 pay grade. Pay starts at $77,488 and is DOE.

As a Program Analyst, you will liaise between USA Staffing customers and the Agile software development team to foster the successful implementation of the USA Staffing software.

Responsibilities:
Working with customers, Account Managers, and user support specialists to analyze system functionality, processes, and requirements
Consulting with current and potential customer agencies to identify their needs and translate them into user stories and test cases for system documentation
Shepherding stories through the software development life cycle, working closely with the development team to ensure quality system functionality
Researching help desk issues and responding to customer inquiries
Consulting with Account Managers, trainers, and customers to contribute to the development of meaningful content for the USA Staffing system
Providing quality assurance, functional testing, and regression testing throughout the suite of USA Staffing systems
Innovating new solutions in the Federal HR space to provide accommodations to each agency's software needs

Basic Hiring Criteria:
For the GS-12: Minimum one (1) full year of specialized experience that is at least equivalent in difficulty and complexity to work performed at the GS-11 grade level.
Specialized experience for this position must include two of the following:
Using automated staffing or Human Resources (HR) systems, and drafting and testing materials such as job aids, operational processes, or test scripts to verify system functionality for operational staff
Assisting in project planning and management for an HR information technology (IT) or automated system implementation or improvement project
Documenting business practices or system operations to aid in the evaluation
Developing job aids, standard operating procedures, or other process documentation to assist in the adoption of new business practices or HRIT systems
