What you can expect at FedEx Ground:

Fast paced and physical warehouse work - why pay for a gym membership when you can get paid while working out?
Warehouse duties include loading, unloading, and sorting of packages of various sizes.
Part time FedEx Ground employees work one shift a day; full time FedEx Ground employees work two shifts.
Shift lengths vary based on package volume - generally part time employees work between 3 and 6 hours a day. Full time employees can expect to work between 6 and 10 hours.
Overtime paid after 40 hours a week.

Earn $2.00 extra for full time.

Package Handler pay enhancements:

$3 - ALL pay enhancement 10/3/21-1/15/22

$2 - weekend differential 10pm Fri-10am Mon 9/17/21-1/17/22

BONUS OPPORTUNITES:

Sign On Hours Worked bonus 10/3/21-1/15/22 $250 (1st 4 wks: 100 hours PT, 140 hours FT) $250 (2nd 4wks: 112 hours PT, 160 hours FT)

$50 - Weekend hours worked - Sat OR Sun bonus 8/29/21-1/15/22

$100 - 5 Day Workweek bonus - 8/29/21-1/15/22 (Full Time must work 40 hours) (Part
Time must work 25hours)

$250 - Once employed you can earn $250 by referring family and friends (they must be employed 45 days to receive bonus).

Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 per calendar year for package handlers.

Flexible schedule offerings to include 3 or 5 day work week.

Shift days and times below are subject to change. Shift length varies from 2 to 5.5 hours in length.

Bus transportation servicing the York area is available for the Twilight and Midnight Sorts.
