Job Description:

The Arms Control Policy Analyst will implement Army Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) policies and procedures; develop and provide training to a diverse audience; be responsible for exercise planning and facilitation; and provide policy expertise to Army Headquarters on changes to Army CWC implementation policies.Perform policy analysis on Arms Controls treaties.Implement Army Chemical Weapons Convention policies and procedures to ensure that the Army and the United States are compliant.Support U.S. Compliance with requirements of systematic and challenge inspections conducted pursuant to the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC)Provide technical support to on-site treaty implementation organization during site assistance visits and systematic CWC inspections at Army chemical activities throughout the United StatesAnalyze, research, update, and recommend revisions to various CWC-related compliance and implementation support and training documents.Develop, plan and execute large scale challenge inspection exercises at Army installationsBachelors Degree with 5+ years of relavant experience including:5+ years in Arms Control activities within the DTRA Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) arena.4 years experience in CBRN training and exercise planning and execution.Ability to travel up to 15%, domestically and internationally, and on short notice as needed.Ability to pass a backgrouind investigation for CAC approvalWe specialize in providing IT solutions, multimodal biometrics, intelligence analysis, cybersecurity, and operational and program management services to federal defense, civilian, and Intelligence Community clients in support of national and international security.As a federal contractor, Integral is subject to any federal vaccine mandates or other customer vaccination requirements.
