This high performing team works with clients to implement the full spectrum of data analytics and data science, from data querying and data wrangling to data visualization, dashboarding, and business intelligence, to predictive analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence as well as robotic process automation (RPA). Our services enable our clients to define their information strategy, enable mission critical insights and data-driven decision making, reduce cost and complexity, increase trust, and improve operational effectiveness. #LI-Remote Responsibilities:

  • Belong to a collaborative team dedicated to Advanced Analytics and Intelligent Automation.
  • Focus on client services, while also supporting business development, internal firm initiatives, and ongoing professional development.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship in business intelligence (BI) and Tableau.
  • Work with cross-functional teams.
  • Design and develop data visualizations to provide business intelligence to support the client mission.
  • Continue career development in analytics and business intelligence software, methods, and consulting QualificationsRequired:
    • Secret or Top-Secret clearance.
    • 2+ years of relevant experience.
    • S. or B.A. in a relevant quantitative and/or computational discipline.
    • Expertise in dashboard and report development with the Tableau BI platform.
    • Experience in presentation design and data visualization / business intelligence best practices.
    • Experience with Tableau's JavaScript API.
    • Experience with data preparation to include de-normalizing data for reporting.
    • Experience publishing reports and data sources to a server.
    • Proficient in querying data using SQL.
    • Ability to mentor others in BI and Tableau.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
    • Strong consulting skills: identifying and addressing client needs, building relationships, driving initiatives forward.
    • Understanding of Agile methodology and principles. Preferred:
    • 4+ years of relevant experience.
    • S. or M.A. in a relevant quantitative and/or computational discipline.
    • Tableau Desktop Certification: Certified Professional, Certified Associate, Specialist.
    • Tableau Server Certification: Certified Professional, Certified Associate.
    • Experience preparing unstructured data using Tableau Prep Builder.
    • Experience pre-processing data using Python or R.
    • Experience utilizing Tableau jointly with Python or R.
    • Experience providing Tableau administration, including dashboard promotions, user management, server management, and assisting Tableau updates.
    • Ability to support business development including RFP/RFQ/RFI responses and white papers.
