Description:Raloid Corporation is searching for a qualified Maintenance Technician whose focus will be on CNC machine maintenance. The Maintenance Technician will perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems. They will develop processes to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Maintain inventory of repaired equipment and supplies.Implement preventative maintenance measures to prolong life of machinery.Record production, repair and machine maintenance information. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production runs and performs schedule maintenance repairs of production equipment.Perform minor building repairs (touch up paint, dry wall patchwork, hanging safety signs, etc.)Requirements:3-5 years experience repairing manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines: Fanuk and Mistubishi controls, Haas, Makino, Mazak, Mori Seikei, etc.Strong ability to troubleshoot machine failures and breakdownsThorough knowledge of preventative maintenance programsMust have own toolsBasic computer skillsStrong work ethicAbility to work overtimeIMPORTANT NOTICE:To adhere to U.S. Government international trade regulations, applicant must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State or U.S. Department of Commerce.Our work environment is fast-paced and professional while providing continued growth fostered by our commitment to teamwork.
