This is a remote position.The Sr. Project Control Analyst will be highly involved in complex pricing and proposal activities as it relates to the programs they support or to new efforts related to their division/business unit. Monthly Technical and Financial report submissions to the client will be the responsibility of the Project Control Analyst and some presentation of this material in high level meetings may be required.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:As the Project Control Analyst, you will provide project management/administrative support and coordination to multiple task orders on one very large program. Duties will include forecasting/budgeting, contract accounting and reporting, project schedule focus to management, tracking annual fiscal plans and monthly updates, maintenance, and reporting, and purchasing, and processing of funding modifications. Duties may also include contract accounting and reporting, payroll/personnel processing, project schedule focus to management, tracking annual fiscal plans and monthly updates. The individual will maintain contract budgets, prepare contract-billing, estimate materials, equipment, production costs and delivery schedules. The selected candidate will oversee personnel records, facility administration and purchase equipment and supplies.The Project Control Analyst develops plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program, and: Conducts program plan studies Participates in establishing and defining program plan requirements Coordinates interdepartmental development of program plans and interfaces with vendors and customers as required Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met Reports, analyzes, and interprets financial and operating dataBasic Qualifications: 4 or more years of related financial project management experiencePreferred Qualifications: A Bachelors degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or related discipline is desiredSecurity Clearance Requirements: Need to be clearable. Would prefer an Active/Current Top-Secret SCI with PolyPhysical Requirements: Sedentary work, speaking, standing, talking, walking, working with computers, working with data, working with numbers and figures, ability to handle stress & work under pressure, ability to use MS Office and a PC, analytical or critical thinking skills, leadership and listeningThe projected compensation range for this position is $65,000-$130,000. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
