Required:BA/BSUS Citizenship:RequiredSummaryThe MIL Corporation is
seeking a Program Control Analysis, Analyst (Integrated Project
Scheduler) to work part-time in support of a Federal Government
client at our Lexington Park, MD location. The Scheduler will serve
as the scheduler for an assigned program or project, applying
project management principles and industry best practices to
develop and maintain detailed project
schedules.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for developing, planning,
tracking, analyzing and reporting dynamic enterprise-level
integrated schedules at both the project and program level.Provides
assistance to Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to organize and
facilitate project planning activities.Interface professionally
with vendors and customers and communicates effectively with
project staff and other organizational resources.Performs weekly
analysis and reporting for project schedule health and performance
metrics.Participate and provide input into Program Management
Reviews (PMRs), IPT meetings or other program or project related
events.Gathers and analyzes information to prepare status
reports.Makes recommendations on changes to improve the efficiency
of planning and scheduling projects.Ensures that all work and
projects are properly documented and updated in scheduling
systemsRequired Qualifications3 years of experience planning and
scheduling project workloads.Ability to work closely with multiple
Project Managers to produce, maintain, and integrate project
schedules as sub-projects into an overall Integrated Master
Schedule (IMS).Journeyman level experience utilizing Microsoft
ProjectEffective written and oral communication skillsAttentiveness
to detail with excellent organizational and time management
skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-performance, dispersed
team environmentAbility to stay self-motivated and self-directed,
and adapt to changing business and technical prioritiesPer federal
guidelines, you may be required to show proof of COVID-19
vaccination or willingness to obtain vaccination.Desired
QualificationsMicrosoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS):
Microsoft Project, Managing Projects CertificationExperience with
supporting programs and contracts within the federal
government.Experience in generating milestone documentation using
OnePager Pro.EducationBachelor's DegreeClearanceAll applicants for
this position must have an active Secret clearance with the ability
to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance; please note that the
clearance process takes into account financial background
