Position: FullStack Labs is seeking a Presales Consultant that will
support the company's business and revenue objectives across Latam
and, the USA, with expert support and guidance. The PreSales
Consultant will oversee the phases of the sales process known as
qualifying, opportunity assessment, and proposal.
Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver written client presentations and solution
proposals, including responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
- Develop the customer's business case for the suggested solution
after analyzing the requirements as necessary.
- Create and execute demonstrations and presentations that
connect FSL advantages to certain business and technical
requirements.
- Help sales by obtaining information and resolving technical
problems.
- Act as a point of contact between sales and operations.
- Support sales efforts, and maintain a thorough understanding of
FSL solutions and capabilities.
- Keep up with the industry, market, and technical
knowledge.Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities as well as
client service.
- Strong organizational, presenting, and problem-solving
skills.
- Self-motivated and independent with strong matrix management
abilities.
- The capacity to master a wide variety of skills, from gathering
and assessing business and technical requirements to comprehending
the business process knowledge and experience.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering,
information systems, business, or a closely related discipline is
required, or comparable work experience.
- 2+ years' experience in sales, specializing in pitching
technology and related. professional services to national and
international businesses.
- 5+ years in software development or pre-sales with the ability
to recognize, develop, and deliver relevant solutions based on an
understanding of and analysis of prospects' needs
- Global experience with the services model, including initial
implementation, service level agreements, operations, and ongoing
clients.
