Attention experienced Construction Project Managers! We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for our established construction management client for new building construction projects in the Baltimore/Washington market. This will include fast track construction projects and we will need a well-rounded construction professional that has pre-construction and extensive construction management experience.


We are looking for a Construction Project Manager that is able to manage ground-up building and turn-key building projects. Our client is a well established organization, growing and looking to add an additional team leader. The ideal Project Manager will have 10+ years of construction management experience in the following areas;

• 
  
• Ground Up Construction
  
• Design, Engineering knowledge
  
• Site Utility and Foundation knowledge
  
• Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Scopes.
  
• Submittals and Permitting Procedures
  
• Sub-Contractor Management
  
• Customer Facing and Main Point of Contact
  
  
  Pay:$100K +/- D.O.E.
  
  Preferred skills include:
  Would be able to manage ground-up, turnkey projects including:
  
  • 
    
  • Design, Engineering, Submittals, and Permitting processes
    
  • Site Utility Work
    
  • Foundations
    
  • Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Scopes
