PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

The purpose of this position is to provide transactional data analysis and support for Human Resource applications. Key responsibilities include day to day support of client requests for data extraction, reporting and analysis as well as system operations. Additionally, this position will respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional delivery of customer service including; end user education, issue resolution and recommendations for change.*Position may be required to work extended hours, including 24 x 7 coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.This is a flex position meaning this role will be part remote and part in the office.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Collect requirements, extract and compile information to answer the client's most important data questions. This includes building queries, reports, and dashboards that allow others to interact, utilize, and better understand the underlying data, relationships, and insights. Maintain, improve, and automate existing reports and analyses using a sustainable and scalable methodology. Communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders on both a reoccurring and ad-hoc basis.
• Operational support of HR applications including system configuration, documentation and customization as required. This includes helping to develop oversight and governance strategies of report generation and standardization.
• Identify areas for improvement of service delivery, quality controls and efficiency of operations with a focus on customer service excellence. Manage relationships with stakeholders, and continuously improve processes for end-users.
• Act as an internal consultant and liaison between business clients, HR and IT.
  POSITION SCOPEQualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems/Technology, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Finance or related subject area
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfort querying, interpreting and visualizing data from a variety of different sources to create a cohesive story
  • Experience in SQL
  • Experience with data exploration, data visualization, data preparation, report design and delivery using Power BI/Tableau or other business intelligence tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  • High standards for customer service and the ability to build effective working relationships
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • Experience & knowledge in relational databases
    • Advanced -Excel skills
    • Proven track record to handle multiple tasks, even those unrelated to the role, at a moment's notice. To provide examples
    • Power BI
    • Ability to prioritize and to ask for help when needed
    • Confidentiality. We handle a lot of very sensitive data. Need to extremely cautious and aware when posting and sending data.
    • Strong problem solving and analysis ability
    • Ability to work with many different project teams, internal and external
    • Experience with Exelon systems, i.e., ExelonNow (ServiceNow), Passport
