CoSolutions, Inc. is seeking an ALL-SOURCE INTELLIGENCE ANALYST to support our customer in South Korea at the Joint Intelligence Operations Center - Korea (JIOC-K). This position directly supports the production of timely intelligence to Commander, USFK and Combined Forces Command, the combined battle staff, and war fighter component commanders.You will be an integral member of a large enterprise-wide program team on a contract that supports a leading intelligence agency at its Joint Intelligence Secure Operations Center in Korea. The work entails multi- functional staff providing support for all-source intelligence analysis to mission critical operational support services to the intelligence community overseas.The JIOC-K's efforts focus on detecting enemy threats, managing intelligence, ISR activities, analyzing enemy actions and information to determine enemy's probable courses of action.NOTE: This is an 100% on-site position with no ability for remote/virtual work due to the sensitive nature of the work and collaboration of the program team.Responsibilities include:ProduceintelligenceproductsassociatedwithNorthKoreaincluding,butnotlimitedto,thetopicsof:military,politicalleadership,nationalmilitarystrategy,strategicdoctrine,regionalrelations,andsecurityissues.MaintainscurrentNorthKoreanOrderofBattledataensuringcurrencyandcompleteness.Access and assess other databases and their currency and completeness for applicability and inclusion into the Alliance Database (ADB); as required (this effort requires focused database retrievals, interviews with analysts, and operators, and synthesis of operational requirements).Maintainandmanipulateintelligenceinformationsharingdatabases,dataformats/products,andshareddirectories,includingespeciallyMIDBandassociatedplatforms.Conduct all-source analysis, with the primary focus on air, naval, ground, Political and Economic (P&E), missile, Special Operations Forces (SOF), and Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD).Trackandcoordinateintelligenceproductionrequirements;preparingstudies,publications,andbriefings.Assistinidentifyingpotentialhighinterestintelligence.Prepare,review,andevaluateIntelligenceInformationReports(IIRs).Develop and project data used to draw conclusions, and estimates probabilities based on historical and current collection data.Determineshortfallsindatacurrency,quality,andconsistency,andinitiatefixesthroughcommandchannels.Ensures successful ADB input to the Common Operating Picture (COP), so relevant OOB / ORBAT depiction, targeting tools, database nominations, and infrastructure production databases are in synchronization.Position Requirements:Clearance:Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance, with a continued ability to obtain a PolyEducation:Bachelors with 0 years of experience, or high school diploma and 4 years of relevant experienceExperience:Fouryearsofexperiencewith:Supporting military operations.Mustbeabletomaintainandmanipulateintelligenceinformationsharingdatabases,dataformats/products,andshareddirectories,especiallyMIDBorassociatedplatforms.Capableofsupportingdailyoperations,exercises,crisissituations,andwartime.Abletoworkwellwithteammembersin24/7,highOPTEMPOenvironment.Abilitytoconductfocuseddatabaseretrievals.Abilitytoconductinterviewswithanalystsandoperatorsonrelevanttopics,includingdebriefingskills.Knowledgeof/experiencewithintelligenceautomatedsystems,including:COLISEUM,MIDB,CHROME,HOTR,CRATE,andIntellipedia.Must be able to process, analyze, and consolidate Requests For Information (RFI)Preferred requirements:Korea experience.FamiliarwiththeStatusofForcesAgreement(SOFA)inKorea.Attended/servedasSMEforintelrelatedconferences,meetings,exercisesandworkinggroups.Excellent organization and communication skills.Physical Requirements:Abilitytositforextendedperiodsoftime.Abilitytostandforextendedperiodsoftime.Abilitytowalktovariouslocationsasneeded.Abilitytobendandnavigatetoperformassignedduties.Ability to lift light to moderate equipment as needed for job.About CoSolutions:Be a part of CoSolutions and join an award winning, experienced and dedicated team of federal contractor professionals specializing in IT, software engineering, cyber IT, intelligence support, customer service and mission critical training.
