Construction Coordinator to support multiple projects across the North American TMS Legacy sites, primarily on the East Coast (Baltimore, Newark, Boston)

50% travel - USA only

Detailed Description of Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing general contractors, testing agencies, budgets and schedules in support and coordination of overall Environmental & Facilities construction projects

Administer construction contracts; conduct on-site inspection to monitor plan compliance and conduct safety audits in compliance with ***'s construction safety program

Oversight of contractor activities to support project schedule and KPIs

Present status reports to owner. Receive, review and coordinate contract changes into project delivery

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

Level of experience: 5-10 years

Construction project management experience

Effective organizational and communication skills

Construction cost estimating and scheduling experience

Ability to effectively communicate and convey project status using standardized reporting process

Proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Proficient in MS Project (ability to create, update, and manage schedules)

Additional Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Mgt. or Engineering is highly preferred

Highly prefer someone with at least an OSHA 10 certification

Ability to travel extensively across multiple North American sites

Ability to work weekends as required.

Experience managing civil and mechanical construction projects
