Job Description:
CoSolutions, Inc. is seeking an IMAGERY ANALYST to support our
customer in South Koreaat the Joint Intelligence Operations Center
- Korea (JIOC-K). This position directly supports the production of
timely intelligence to Commander, USFK and Combined Forces Command,
the combined battle staff, and war fighter component commanders.You
will be an integral member of a large enterprise-wide program team
on a contract that supports a leading intelligence agency at its
Joint Intelligence Secure Operations Center in Korea. The work
entails multi- functional staff providing support for all-source
intelligence analysis to mission critical operational support
services to the intelligence community overseas.The JIOC-K's
efforts focus on detecting enemy threats, managing intelligence,
ISR activities, analyzing enemy actions and information to
determine enemy's probable courses of action.NOTE: This is an 100%
on-site position with no ability for remote/virtual work due to the
sensitive nature of the work and collaboration of the program
team.Responsibilities
include:Developstargetnominations,createsdatabaserecords,anddatabasestargetintelligenceproducts.Research
Target System Analysis to produce the following products IAW CJCSI
3370: Physical Description, Target Significance, Expectation,
Collateral Damage Concerns, and Functional Characterization
Sources.CoordinatewithTargetVettingwithotherCombatantCommandsandExternalIntelligenceAgencies.DevelopIntermediateTargetDevelopmentandTargetVettingTrackers.AssistcomponentswithsubmissionofTargetDevelopmentNominations(TDN)forfuturevettingnominations.Conductbasic,intermediateandadvancedtargetdevelopment.Studycommand'sprioritiestomakerecommendationsforTargetDevelopment.Produce
white papers and briefings to assist J2 leadership on on-going
Intermediate Target Development processes.Manage, update and
coordinate the commands target lists in the Joint Targeting Toolbox
(JTT) and MIDB to include: Target Folders, Candidate Target List
(CTL), No Strike List (NSL), Joint Target List (JTL) and data
management
procedures.SupportPlanningeffortswithoperationsandplanners.Serve as
SME for Target Automation, such as JTT, NPW and MIDB; updating
databases, products, shared directories and data formats on
multiple
networks.Manageaccesstoautomationtoolsandcoordinatewithsystemengineerstoensureoptimaluptimeofcommandstargetingsystems.Conduct
all-source analysis across target intelligence disciplines, with
primary focus on air, naval, ground, missile, long range artillery
(LRA), command and control, special operations forces (SOF) and
weapons of mass destruction (WMD).Examine links, nodes,
vulnerabilities, interdependencies and critical elements on enemy
target systems. De-conflict target intelligence
assessments.AttendandserveastheSMEinconferences,meetings,exercisesandworkinggroups.Identifyintelligenceinformationdisparitiesandcollectionrequirementstofillthegapsinintelligence.AssistinthedevelopmentandthedisseminationofTargetManagementSOP.Exploitandanalyzemulti-sensorimageryinconjunctionwithallsourceintelligenceinformation.Preparesdamageassessmentsreportdetailingstructuraldamageandweaponseffects.Constructsqueriesandretrieveshistoricalfilestoconductcomparativeanalysis.Uses
softcopy imagery systems (CGS) to exploit, perform mensuration,
annotate, and disseminate imagery
products.Performprecisemensurationofmulti-sensorimagery.Compileimageryderiveddataintodetailedtargetassessments.Minimum
Required Qualifications:Clearance:Must possess and maintain a
TS/SCI clearance, with a continued ability to obtain a
PolyEducation:Bachelors or Masters with 4-6 years of experience, or
specialized training and 4-8 years of experience, or equivalent
academic
experienceExperience:Fourtosixyears(4-6)yearsofexperiencewith:Intelligenceexperienceand/oroperationsupportinKoreaorotheractivetheatersExperienceinbuildingtargetsExperiencewiththebi-lateral(ROK-US)KoreanenvironmentFamiliar
with the Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) for KoreaPhysical
Requirements:Abilitytositforextendedperiodsoftime.Abilitytostandforextendedperiodsoftime.Abilitytowalktovariouslocationsasneeded.Abilitytobendandnavigatetoperformassignedduties.Ability
