Qualifications for Construction CONTROLLER/AP

5-10+ years' experience as a Certified Professional Accountant in the Construction Industry.
Construction accounting experience a must!
Proficient in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll, CPA or CPA Candidate, AP oversight and is willing to learn.
Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools, and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results.
Take initiative and seek responsibility.
