Job Description:

We're a young, dynamic, technologically progressive and rapidly growing logistics company in the pharmaceutical delivery space in Rosedale, Maryland -in search of a dispatcher candidate.Hourly Rate: $16.00- $17.00Schedule: Monday- Friday -3:00PM- 11:00PMDuties include but are not limited to:

Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customersPromptly dispatch contracted delivery drivers at the request of SDS CustomersRecord data into SDS computer systems to maintain data integrity and provide accurate reporting both internally and to our customers.Consistently meet or exceed service levels established by the customer.Maintain excellent communication between the customer, Regional Manager, and the drivers in the fieldOther relative tasks assigned by Dispatch and/or Regional Manager.Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPrevious call center or customer service experience (1 year)A positive, team oriented attitudeAbility to fulfill tasks for beginning to end and identify where follow-up is requiredExcellent organizational skills and an ability to track multiple tasks efficiently and effectivelyConsistent adherence to corporate and departmental policy and procedureEducation Requirements: Must have high school diploma or equivalentPowered by JazzHR
