Armour is looking for a Global Supply Chain Analyst to work within
our Global Reporting and Analytics team. This role will be
responsible for developing and communicating Global Supply Chain
performance metrics to global and regional supply chain leadership
teams. The position will work with regional Supply Chain teams to
develop, maintain, and understand KPIs and SLA targets and their
impact to internal and external stakeholders. This role will also
be responsible for creating data visibility and maintaining
standardization across the globe, creating ad hoc analyses to
support global and regional Supply Chain executives, and will act
as the SME (subject matter expert) for global methodologies for the
reporting of SLAs, inventory status and KPIs along Under Armour's
end-to-end Supply Chain.
-Your Impact--- Responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining
various reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) tracking
processes across the UA Supply Chain (sourcing, vendor performance,
inbound & outbound transportation, inventory, distribution center
performance)
--- Support strategic projects and/or new initiatives across the UA
Supply Chain, at the global or regional level, by applying
statistical and analytical methods to supply chain business
problems
--- Develop and enhance the data visibility across the UA Supply
Chain, through standardized reporting tools and models
--- Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships with
regional supply chain teams, Enterprise Data Management teams, and
other departments (finance, planning, DTC, IT, etc.)
-Qualifications--- Ability to multi -task and manage tasks/projects
with high levels of complexity
--- Use analytics to solve complex problems and make business
recommendations
--- Ability to create process flows, models and reporting to
support Global Distribution and Logistics initiatives, projects and
KPIs
--- Aptitude to identify efficiency and optimization opportunities
in the UA Global Supply Chain.
--- Accountable for quality and accuracy of work, willing to find,
fix, and account for errors made.
--- Strong written and verbal communication skills
--- Comfortable presenting data to Associates as well as Senior &
Executive Management.
--- Interest in collaborating & communicating with a diverse group
of functional areas.
--- Self-motivated, interested in learning new concepts and
applying them to job responsibilities.
--- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business
Management -
--- 1-2 Years in Business / Supply Chain analytical position -
--- Experience working with large datasets utilizing SQL and
visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) from cloud-based warehouses
(e.g., Snowflake, Azure)
--- Strong statistical & analytical skills
--- Communication & presentation skills
--- Working knowledge of supply chain concepts (sourcing,
distribution, transportation, sales operations)
--- Working knowledge of ERP and WMS (Preferred SAP FMS and
Manhattan WMS knowledge).
-Workplace Location--- Location: This individual must reside within
commuting distance from our global headquarters in Baltimore,
MD.
--- Return To Work Designation: 3 days a week in-office, the
remainder of work week remote. -
