As our Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be part of a team that addresses reported issues, creates documentation and provides support to more than 1000 users across multiple Salesforce products serving more than 22 senior living communities. Every day you will join a daily standup meeting with your team, triage and resolve issues, support the maintenance needs of the application, and perform assigned project tasks.To thrive in this position, you have worked as a Salesforce Administrator supporting multiple Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Remedyforce or Tableau and are eager to learn to support non Salesforce products like Adobe Workfront, Computer Telephony Integration & Vidyard.This job is primarily remote with occasional required travel to Baltimore and communities as needed.We're looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with experience: -

• Providing a high level of customer service by effectively addressing user support issues
• -Updating and creating page layouts, new fields, validation rules, flows, dashboards and reports
• Performing administrative tasks such as user management, security settings, and data management
• Utilizing Data Loader to bulk import and export data
• Leading and executing the upgrade cycle including testing, scheduling and communication
• Developing test plans, executing test cases, and ensuring that solutions meet requirements and quality standards
