roleCreates, writes, and maintains databases that contain a library
of federal law compliant benefit plan language used by FIS clients
to create and administer their retirement compensation employee
benefits plans.What you will be doing
- Clearly and proactively articulate testing related information,
deadlines, and expectations with clients.
- Accurately research and interpret individually designed and
prototype plan documents to correctly apply plan provisions for
testing.
- Gather and analyze plan data for reasonableness, completeness,
and accuracy before performing testing.
- Implement critical thinking skills to generate accurate testing
reports using Excel and Relius Administration systems.
- Apply testing and regulatory knowledge to help educate internal
and external clients about the testing process and testing
outcomes, as well as presenting alternative testing or correction
methods as appropriate.
- Perform all duties in adherence with industry, organizational
and regulatory standards.
- Maintain individual book of business throughout the year, while
balancing competing priorities with strict internal and regulatory
deadlines.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.What you bring
- Recent 2-4 years of experience in the non-discrimination
testing space
- Recent 2-4 years of experience and able to clearly understand
and apply concepts of ERISA nondiscrimination testing, to include:
402(g) Elective Deferral Limit, 415(c) Annual Additions, 401 (k)
ADP, 401(m) ACP, 410(b) Coverage,
- 416 Top Heavy, and 414(s) Compensation testing.
- Understand U.S. retirement plans requirements
- Experienced reading and understanding legal documents relating
to employee benefits plans
- Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft
Office applicationsAdded Bonus
- Proficiency with FIS and third-party applications, e.g., Relius

compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is
$77,100.00 - $125,680.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum
target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted
role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual
starting pay is determined additional factors, including
job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual
starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific
salary range for your preferred location during the hiring
