Job Description:
A company is looking for a Frontline PIP Consultant I.
Key Responsibilities:
Negotiates and settles claims in accordance with business unit best
practices
Determines claim value and sets initial reserve, updating and
documenting rationale
Researches and responds to complex customer communications,
concerns, and conflicts
Required Qualifications:
4-year Bachelor's Degree preferred
2 or more years of experience preferred
Experience in Florida PIP claims preferred
No supervisory responsibilities for this role
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be
considered
