This position involves maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various surfaces within healthcare facilities, as well as ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for residents and staff. • Floor Maintenance: Responsible for the overall floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpet, including dust and wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, and other related tasks.
• Safety: Utilize protective gear in all appropriate functions and ensure adherence to safety guidelines and procedures.
• Punctuality: Consistent attendance and timely completion of assigned cleaning areas according to schedule.
• Customer and Resident Experience: Positive interactions with clients, residents, and staff to ensure a high-quality experience for all. Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to perform routine tasks without supervision and without injury to oneself or others.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds and perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
