TITLE: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)The Board-Certified
Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a member of the Divine Steps Therapy
management team and is responsible for clinical oversight of
behavioral services for individuals with a diagnosis of autism
spectrum disorder.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Administers,
conducts, evaluates and supervises the implementation of the
treatment plan.Develops individualized goals and objectives for
in-home programs and designs treatment plans based on functional
assessment data.Ongoing program oversight and weekly on-site/remote
supervision of RBTs.Completes all necessary documentation.Provide
quality parent training on a monthly basisEnsure billing, notes,
and reports are conducted in a timely mannerQualifications and
SkillsBCBA Certification and Licensed by the Board of Medicine in
the State of MD, or willing to procure license prior to
employmentDemonstrate a thorough understanding of DTT, NET, and
other ABA strategies.Reliable transportationAbility to work as part
of a teamAbility/experience providing supervision to RBTsPositive

Time Pay $85-$100 Per hour.Full Time Pay $85-$100 Per hour or
Salary of $85,000-$100,000/25 billable hoursIn person only Pay: Tag
team with a remote BCBA and do the in person supervision once a
month: $125 Per hourKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:Excellent written
and verbal communication skillsAbility to develop and maintain
professional relationships with clients, co- workers, supervisors,
and community membersAbility to adhere to organizational policies
and procedures and abide by code of ethics as indicated by the
Behavior Analyst Certification BoardCommitment to maintain client
confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA lawsCommitment to ongoing
training and development as it relates to clinical skills,
professional development, ethics, and technology, and training in
order to perform job responsibilities to the required
standardREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:BCBA CertificationMaster's or
Doctorate degree in education, psychology, or behavior
analysisExperience conducting assessments: VB-MAPP, ABLLS,
Vineland, FBAKnowledge and experience with DTT, NATS/NET, VB,
Parent Training, Goal Setting, Program Monitoring, Data Analysis,
Treatment Writing, Session NotesCompensation and Benefits:Base
