Sr. Program Analyst Edgewood, MD OVERVIEW: IPT Associates, LLC is a dynamic Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). We are seeking a Program Analyst to support the Joint Project Manager Guardian (JPM G) team. Responsibilities: * Conduct program analysis of supported programs, including the development and tracking of cost, schedule, risk, and technical parameters, metrics and measures. * Develop the initial documentation for program milestones, facilitate review of the draft documentation through the program office, and provide expert analysis of comments in the adjudication process. * Develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) strategy and WBS/Cost Element Structure (CES) cross walks for new programs. * Manage, coordinate, and assist in the development of Test and Evaluation (T&E) plans, procedures, and work products. * Manage program cost, performance, and schedule using data and information from recurring reports, PMRs, and contract and fielding schedules in order to achieve efficient use of funds and maximize performance of contracts and fielding of systems and products. * Support efforts requiring access to intelligence community facilities, data sources, and tools at the TS/SCI clearance level, as well as access to TS/SCI tickets Gamma (G), Human Intelligence Control System-Product (HCS-Product), Special Intelligent (SI) and Talent Keyhole (TK) * Support the JPMG portfolio perspective to provide advice and recommendations to Government leadership on all aspects of program start-up, management, strategy, and execution in order to ensure performance requirements are met * Gather and assess relevant program data to prepare and update reports, briefings, and databases required to report program status. In addition, the contractor shall coordinate the review and submission requirements for such reports, briefings, and databases Requirements: * Active TS/SCI clearance * Master's degree plus 10 years of experience, 6 of these years specific to the task * Good oral and written skills * Experience with DoD acquisition processes desired * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of software, with specific experience in effective use of Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
