PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION The Senior Sales Enablement Analyst supports the strategic, on-going sales capabilities essential to associate and leadership productivity across Individual Investors Client Development Team(s), in order to achieve results. The senior analyst will be expected to support the highest priority initiatives within and sometimes more broadly than the II Client Development department. Additionally, their focus on not only some of the most tenured sales associates but also sales leaders along with being able to work under limited direction will be key. This role is responsible for providing structure to ensure tri-site consistency as it relates to any identified and assigned projects within the Sales Enablement Team. Centralization of these functions and improvement of sales capabilities is critical to ensuring we deliver on client experience expectations as well as meet/exceed II Sales Goals. The position must work cross-functionally at the direction of the Sales Enablement Lead Manager and with business and sales associates and managers across, Client Development, II Services and Operations, Advice Delivery and the RPS WISE organization to create effective strategies for assigned projects. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Enablement Team Participation Supports implementation of highest priority national initiatives to close business gaps, maximize revenue generation, and improve client experience/loyalty measures to meet sales goals by executing on specifically assigned projects. Takes the lead to bridge what is developed and appropriately bridges it to broader Client Development teams, and when applicable across Individual Investors and RPS. Provides subject matter expertise on a wide range of financial/sales topics departmentally & cross departmentally. This provides unique utility functionality utilized to implement / reinforce key strategic initiatives enterprise wide. Reviews, consults, and supports implementation of sales process/effectiveness recommendations from Sales Enablement members and Client Development teams. Project Oversight & Governance Acts as point of integration for tri-site teams, gathering feedback and formalizing a collaborative environment for sales managers/supervisors to enable the sharing of best practices and emerging trends to avoid tri-site duplication of effort/local customization as it relates to driving results and delivering on an exceptional client experience. Responsible for identifying, integrating and supporting implementation of the strategy for all assigned projects. Oversees various Client Development projects and initiatives to support Individual Investors and improve governance and sales process. Monitor and Analyze Business Results Monitors outcomes for all assigned projects and analyzes collected data to determine goals and outcomes for Client Development as a result of any assigned projects. Responsible for ensuring accurate of any data being leveraged to set goals and report project outcomes. QUALIFICATIONS Required College degree and 2 years of related work experience, or Associate degree and 4 years related work experience, or High School diploma/equivalent and 6 years related work experience Strong business and organizational knowledge, planning and implementing capabilities with a knowledge/experience across Personal and Workplace Individual Investors. Excellent written and oral communication ability Strong impact and influence competencies Proven sales management skills Ability to diplomatically negotiate change with management Ability to collaborate across multiple functional areas and personalities Must have comfort operating autonomously and have proven success in a matrix environment Ability to manage time and shifting priorities effectively while in a challenging operating environment, and under minimal guidance Preferred Minimum of 5-7 years in a asset management firm, preferably in a sales, client service, general business, or marketing function Deep understanding of consultative selling models and coaching techniques Experience managing multiple initiatives, including training and change management, with little to no direction and at multiple levels of the organization.
