The Adobe Sales Lead is responsible for generating sales of professional services and software related to the Adobe Experience Cloud. This position will work with Client Partners to identify and close opportunities in BLEND360's existing customer base. In addition, the resource will identify new leads through the Adobe channel partnership by building relationships with key contacts, including Account Executions, Partner Sales Managers and Customer Success Managers. This position will create opportunities using a variety of tactics, including education & enablement, events, workshops, account mapping strategies and strategic content development. Primary metrics for this role include practice revenue and direct margin on services revenue. The Sales Lead will achieve these goals by developing a structured sales plan with account-level details and partnering with Adobe and BLEND360 resources to execute the plan. The Adobe Sales Lead will report to the SVP, Adobe Practice Lead.

What You'll Do:



  • Identifies and cultivates opportunities in the existing BLEND360 client base in cooperation with Client Partners
  • Cultivates and establishes long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key Adobe stakeholders to generate new business opportunities
  • Owns the entire business development process, including:




    • Opportunity Identification to fill the top of the sales funnel
    • Discovery to understand client pain points and assess client needs
    • Solution Design with relevant SMEs to address client needs
    • Proposal Writing to document solutions, deliverables, timelines and pricing
    • Objection Handling to overcome obstacles and address competitor positioning
    • Negotiation to achieve the best possible pricing for BLEND360
    • SOW Writing to translate the proposal into a formal legal document
    • Close to ensure final signatures are obtained and administrative requirements are met
    • Follow-Up to maintain continuity between Sales and Delivery, while looking for ways to deepen the client relationship



    • Meets aggressive sales goals through the development and execution of strategic plans, including process related KPIs and activities that ladder up to revenue targets
    • Updates CRM system to include all leads, opportunities, notes and activities in a timely manner
    • Meets regularly with Senior Leadership to present status and brainstorm methods for overcoming obstacles
    • Partners with Adobe Practice leadership, Adobe stakeholders and Client Partners to develop and marketing solution offerings

      Requirements:



      • Proven sales professional with 5-8 years' experience
      • Ability to partner with Client Partners and Adobe Channel Partners to identify and close business opportunities
      • Deep understanding of how technology is used to enable analytics, people-based marketing and customer experience
      • Proven ability to hit a revenue target
      • Customer focused, results driven, collaborative and flexible
      • Creative, resourceful, well-organized, self-starter, solution-oriented
      • Strong, executive-level presentation skills
      • Networking and weekly travel to client locations required
      • East Coast Location preferred
      • Excellent troubleshooting skills
