Here's What You'll Do
- Nurture assigned leads and ensure accurate data entry by
documenting them in the Houwzer CRM
- Respond to leads and clients quickly
- Guide your clients to Houwzer's in-house Mortgage and Title
services to achieve capture rate metrics
- Develop and nurture your sphere of influence to build a network
of existing and new leads, while converting leads into active
clients
- Conduct client consultations and maintain a high level of
contract-to-conversion rate metrics
- Counsel and advise clients by educating and guiding them
through the end-to-end transaction process
- Champion our proprietary technology systems to maintain a
seamless client engagement experience, manage deadlines and
organize day-to-day responsibilities for your clients
- Negotiate throughout the transaction process on behalf of your
clients, including offer price, reply to inspections, and appraisal
outcome
- Monitor all under contract listings to ensure a closed deal
(Listing Agents only)
- Visit listed properties as needed
- Consistently network to create personal brand awareness, meet
potential clients, developers, and other agents
- Attend a minimum of two weekend Open Houses per month.
Here's What We'll Do
- Pay you an annual salary + aggressive bonus program based on
number of sales.
- Provide health benefits including medical, dental, and vision
insurance for you and your family, $10,000 life insurance coverage,

- Cover typical agent fees including license renewal, continuing
education costs, association dues, and your access to the MLS and
our CRM.
- Provide $500/year toward professional development for classes
or certifications that will level-up your skills and refine your
craft.
- Provide marketing support to assist with generating leads.
We'll help organize your open houses, community marketing events,
home buying classes, and more!
- Take administrative tasks off your plate. You will have an
assigned transaction coordinator to help facilitate all overhead
duties.
- Give you and your clients a competitive edge through constant
product innovations.
- Provide access to the first end-to-end transaction dashboard in
the industry, allowing you and your clients to follow a seamless
home buying experience.
- Offer Flexible Paid Time Off (no maximum on the number of days
off) and eight observed national holidays. We'll even pay you to
volunteer 50 hours each year! All with backup coverage for your
clients.
Compensation (Salary + Potential Bonus)
- $62,000-$161,000/year
- The range above indicates an agent's potential earnings based
on total number of transactions, mortgage and title capture rates,
personal sphere clients, and benefits expenses.
To Get In The Door, You'll Need
- 2+ years of experience within residential real estate
- An active and valid Real Estate Salesperson License or Broker
License for the state where you'll work
- At least an average of 6 buy-side transactions over the past 2
consecutive years
- Experience working with relevant technologies such as the MLS,
Copper CRM, Zillow/Zillow Flex and Trulia, Google Applications
(G-Suite), as well as mobile technology
- A solid personal sphere/book-of-business and the ability to
nurture relationships for future business opportunities
- Above average familiarity with CD/ALTA language
- Experience with multi-bid offers and handling transaction
challenges
- Experience handling various types of residential properties
(condo's, new construction, resale, etc.) and experience handling
various types of loans
- Ability to handle a transaction from start to finish without
the assistance of a transaction coordinator
- A positive "all-in" attitude
- The flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities and
client needs
- Ability to work nights and weekends, as needed by clients
- A dedication to customer service and an alignment with our
mission and values
