Enablement Program Manager is responsible for working closely with
the Director of Sales Enablement and Head of Global Performance to
assist in the development and execution of strategic enablement
programs for the Sales organization. You will not only create,
manage, and fine tune sales programs, but you will be a credible
expert in all aspects of data in motion, Confluent customers' value
drivers, and the overall market for cloud solutions. LOCATION -
Remote work will be fine with flexibility to travel to Bay Area Job
Responsibilities: + Design, implement, and sustain the successful
execution of sales enablement programs to ensure the internal GTM
sellers are equipped with content, resources, tools, and training
to effectively differentiate and sell our Confluent solution. + Be
at the forefront of Confluent's cloud and consumption GTM motion,
ensuring you have deep understanding of our customer's value
drivers and can articulate Confluent's value messaging with
authority and credibility + Collaborate with SMEs to identify and
develop core sales training and enablement curriculum, customized
regionally as needed, for various internal audiences. + Lead and
manage the weekly live enablement session for the GTM organization
including stakeholder participation, content development, success
stories, to inform, inspire, and drive attainment. + Ensure
alignment of sales enablement activities with key internal events,
such as new product releases, campaigns, and global training events
(Sales Kick Off, etc.). + Accurately create field-specific
deliverables, leveraging internal experts and incorporating
feedback from stakeholders. + Collaborate with SMEs to develop
content resources and training that can scale for both Confluent
and Partner sellers. + Measure and report on the effectiveness of
sales enablement investments and the programs conducted. and take
action to optimize. Determine opportunities for improving the sales
learning experience and identify innovative techniques for
delivery. + Leverage and create engaging and impactful content in
our CMS, LMS and other tools for delivering formal and
informal/social learning. + Assist in developing reinforcement
solutions to help drive long term customer success. + Successfully
accomplish responsibilities with minimal direction or oversight.
Job Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities) + Alignment to
Confluent's core values and a commitment to promoting an inclusive

enterprise sales processes, and how to evangelize and roll them out
effectively across a Global Sales organization. + Sales Enablement
experience in Cloud, Database, SaaS, and/or Open Source. Specific
experience with consumption sales motions. + Demonstrated
capability in working with various departments such as Sales,
Product Marketing, and Product Management. + Relevant experience
preparing, developing, and executing sales effectiveness
strategies, tactics, and action plans. + Ability to quickly
understand technical concepts and explain them to audiences of
varying technical expertise (sales team, customers, channel
partners, and internal stakeholders). + Thrives in a dynamic work
environment and is able to manage competing priorities. + Strong
analytical and quantitative skills. Ability to intuitively
understand operational challenges and provide timely
recommendations in order to drive business decisions. + Proven
project management/operational skills. + Outstanding communication
skills and ability to clearly articulate information tailored to
the audience across organizations including the executive team. +
Results oriented and comfortable working with leveraging data from
multiple sources to make informed decisions. + Exceptional
interpersonal skills. Able to drive alignment across stakeholders
and influence outcomes and decisions related to key initiatives. +
Collaborate and effectively work across multiple levels, roles, and
functions internally. + Experience as a quota carrying Sales role -
