Inside Sales (Recruiting) Coordinator Job Details
Recruiting Coordinators are the first point of contact for our
student-athletes and their families, helping identify dedicated
athletes for college coaches! Through high-volume outbound calls,
recruiting coordinators provide education around service offerings
and demonstrate a commitment to world class service in a
competitive and collaborative environment.
This entry-level sales position allows you to:
Utilize and strengthen communication skills (75-100+ outbound dials
Learn and develop various sales techniques and customer service
Gain expertise about 30+ different sports recruitment processes
Take advantage of professional growth opportunities
Impact your own income! By meeting and exceeding goals, you can
earn additional income above and beyond your base pay.
6+ months of professional experience, preferably in sales
Highly self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of
meeting and exceeding goals
Flexibility to work some nights/weekends
Some sports knowledge required, former athletes and coaches at high
school or higher level preferred
Bilingual a plus, but not required

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the
range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for
this position, based on various factors, including budget and
industry data. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive
rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as
applicable, short- and long-term incentives, robust benefits,
growth and developmental opportunities, and other offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum: $15.00 hourly
Hiring Range Maximum: $18.51 hourly
