Job Description:
Vantor, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Capture Manager
focused on the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) to join our
rapidly growing team. This pivotal role involves leading the
development and execution of capture strategies to ensure
successful bids and secure major government contracts, particularly
in the realms of AI-driven solutions, data analytics, and cloud
services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a robust background
in government contracting, with a deep understanding of the NRO's
mission and procurement processes. Leveraging Vantor's
industry-leading technology offerings, the Senior Capture Manager
will orchestrate all stages of the capture process, from initial
opportunity identification through proposal submission and final
award. Identify and assess new business opportunities with NRO.
Develop and execute comprehensive capture strategies to win new
contracts. Coordinate with technical and project management teams
to align solutions with client needs. Manage cross-functional
proposal teams, overseeing the preparation of bids and
presentations. Maintain strong relationships with NRO officials and
other key stakeholders. Monitor market and competitor activities to
adjust strategies accordingly. Ensure compliance with all federal
procurement regulations and corporate policies. Strong
understanding of NRO mission and operations. Proven ability to
manage large, complex government proposals. Excellent leadership,
communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work
collaboratively in high-pressure environments. Expertise in AI
technologies, data analytics, and cloud computing as they relate to
government contracting. 401k Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance Certification in Capture Management
(CCMP or equivalent) is highly preferred. Project Management
Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
